What is Telehealth?

Telehealth has made it possible to receive medical care from the comfort of your own home. With technology, you can connect with healthcare professionals through video or phone calls, and receive diagnoses prescriptions, and medical advice without having to leave your house. It has become popular in recent years and is a valuable resource for both patients and healthcare providers.

Telehealth consultations are ideally suited for:

  • Patients self-isolating requiring medical advice

  • General medical advice, minor illnesses, stable chronic conditions

  • Prescriptions, referrals & medical certificates

How do I book a Telehealth consult?

Patients can book a standard 15 minute appointment for Telehealth (video consult) via our booking page

How much do Telehealth consults cost?

Cancellation and Rescheduling of Telehealth appointments

We understand that circumstances arise at times requiring you to cancel or reschedule your Telehealth appointment. Where possible we require a minimum of 2 hours’ notice. Failure to attend without cancelling will incur a non-rebatable fee.
