Our Patient Safety

To ensure the safety of our patients and staff, as well as to minimise the risk of becoming an exposure site we offer patients with COVID or Flu like symptoms a telehealth appointment as a first preference for patients who have been seen in our clinic in the last 12 months for an appointment for routine reasons like scripts, referrals and advice via Telehealth. This means you don’t need to come into the clinic. The doctor will provide your consultation by phone or video .

It is extremely important that you don't put off concerns about your health and we will continue to offer you appointments for your individual needs.

If you have NOT been seen in the last 12 months we are able to offer you a privately paid Telehealth Video or Telehealth Phone Consultation - there is NO applicable Medicare rebate for this service.

Can I still see my doctor face to face?

If your doctor decides that further examination is necessary following your telehealth appointment, he or she will invite you to come to the clinic at an agreed upon time.

Booking a Telehealth Appointment

Telehealth appointments may be booked online by selecting TELEHEALTH (Video is preferred) during the 'reason for your appointment'.
