October 1st-31st is Breast Cancer Awareness month.

'Check in' with your breast health - We encourage women over 40, and especially those aged 50-74, to monitor their breast health by ensuring they are up-to-date with their breast screenings.

'Check in' with your breast friends - Reach out to them with a call or share this post to check on their well-being and remind them of the significance of regular breast screenings.

'Check in' with your breast awareness - Familiarising yourself with the usual appearance and feel of your breasts will aid in noticing any changes.
